The gastronomic proposal of the “da Silvio” restaurant today ranges from fusion cuisine to homemade pasta, from local products to historical dishes, such as the “maccheroncini Silvio” and the Schweizer plate, his communal specialty. In 1978, Schweizer patented this particular type of plate for the “da Silvio” restaurant, initially calling it Altamira and later renaming it Pietra Naraj. It is a heat accumulation stone that, when properly heated and placed inside a special ceramic tray, is served to each diner and used for cooking and eating together in a communal manner, without seasoning, utilizing a heat autonomy of over an hour.
